CUSTOMER CARE

Immediate availability is required, to work shifts and weekends on a rotating basis with other team members. A collaboration contract is provided, preferably with a VAT number.

Role description:
• Guest management through chat
• Thorough control of guest registration
• Management of self check-ins
• Management of emergencies and issues occurring during stays
• Coordination of welcome, maintenance, and cleaning teams
• Constant contact with corporate reservation and property teams

The ideal profile must have:
• Fluent knowledge of the English language (knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Flexibility
• Passion for the Hospitality sector

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Our business consists of the complete management of the apartment. In addition to marketing through online (OTA) and offline channels, both direct and partner, we handle operational management: housekeeping, maintenance/prevention, reception. For this reason, we are strengthening the Team with the aim of further increasing our hospitality standards, focusing on guest care.

We are a young and dynamic environment, where we work towards goals and each resource has its own responsibilities.

The identified resource will independently manage the logistics and minor maintenance tasks required in all the apartments managed by the company, specifically:

Role description:
• Minor maintenance tasks in apartments located throughout Milan
• Delivery of small transportable supplies by scooter, key delivery to cleaners, opening for technicians for specialized interventions
• Operational inspections in apartments to identify potential issues

Required qualifications:
• Excellent manual skills for performing minor maintenance tasks
• Previous experience in maintenance activities is a plus
• A1 driving license (for driving 125cc scooters)
• Residence in the city of Milan
• The profile is completed by responsibility, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and organizational skills

Schedule: Full-time, shifts/flexible

Language: English (plus)

Contract: fixed-term aimed at hiring, remuneration will be determined during the interview based on the candidate’s experience and skills
